Adjusted Opening Hours Due to a Staff Meeting on June 25, 2026

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, several facilities of the Studierendenwerk Würzburg will operate with adjusted opening hours due to a staff meeting. Please note: From 3:00 p.m. onwards, all facilities of the Studierendenwerk Würzburg will be closed.

Würzburg

  • Mensa am Studentenhaus: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Mensa Röntgenring: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Mensa Josef-Schneider-Straße: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Mensa Campus Hubland Süd: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Interim Mensa/Cafeteria Campus Hubland Süd: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Cafeteria THWS Röntgenring: Closing at 2:15 p.m.
  • Cafeteria THWS Münzstraße: Closing at 2:15 p.m.
  • Cafeteria Philo: Closing at 2:15 p.m.

The Cafeteria am Studentenhaus and the Cafeteria Neue Universität are not affected by these changes and will remain open during their regular opening hours until 3:00 p.m.

Bamberg

  • Mensa Feldkirchenstraße: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Mensa Austraße: Food service until 2:00 p.m., closing at 2:30 p.m.
  • Cafeteria Feldkirchenstraße: Closing at 2:15 p.m.
  • Cafeteria Markusplatz: Closing at 2:15 p.m.
  • Cafeteria Alte Weberei (ERBA): Closing at 2:15 p.m.

Aschaffenburg and Schweinfurt

All facilities in Aschaffenburg and Schweinfurt will remain open during their regular opening hours.
