Obligation of the agreed consultation appointments

If you are unable to attend the agreed counseling appointment for an important reason, please cancel the appointment in good time!
If appointments are neither kept nor canceled, due to the high demand for the counseling services of the Studierendenwerk Würzburg, a new counseling appointment is possible in four weeks at the earliest.

On-site appointments in Würzburg take place every Wednesday, alternating weekly, at BiF or at or in the counseling room on the 1st floor no. 1.011b in the Mensa am Hubland Süd. 

Face-to-face appointments are only possible after making a binding appointment by telephone during registration hours.
