The Administrative Board

The responsibilities of the Administrative Board pursuant to Art. 118 of the Bavarian Higher Education Innovation Act (BayHIG) are as follows:

(1) The Administrative Board reviews the annual financial statements.

(2) The Administrative Board resolves on

  • the economic and financial plan,
  • the appointment of the external auditor,
  • the discharge of the Managing Director based on the audited annual financial statements,
  • the appointment and dismissal of the Managing Director and the Deputy Managing Director,
  • the acquisition, encumbrance and disposal of real estate,
  • statutes pursuant to Art. 121 para. 2 and 3 BayHIG.
