Which seminar would you like us to offer?
Our Psychotherapeutic Counselling offers helpful seminars every semester - so far, for example, on the topics of self-care, stress management, rumination or smartphone addiction.
For the coming summer semester, we want to adapt our offer even better to your needs: Are there any topics that concern you that we haven't covered so far? What would help you further?

Course: Group relaxation
Feeling stressed during the semester?
You are warmly invited to join a group session to relax through body scans, guided meditation and autogenic training, each lasting 60 minutes.
Mats are provided. You can join at any time.
