Open consultation hours

During the open consultation hours, you have the opportunity to take part in a short counselling session of approximately 20 minutes. The open consultation hours are intended as an initial, non-binding point of contact and to clarify your counselling needs. We provide information about available support options, our work, and other relevant services.

When? Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

Where? PBS at the Studentenhaus

You may come to the PBS starting at 11:45 a.m.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that this service is not a crisis or emergency consultation.
In the event of a psychological crisis or emergency, the emergency departments of the University Hospital and König Ludwig Hospital are available at all times.
The Crisis Network of Lower Franconia (Krisennetzwerk Unterfranken) is available 24/7 at 0800 655 300.
