New registration
Welcome to the PBS,
Thank you for your interest in a consultation here at the PBS. We still need a few documents from you for your registration.
If you have already registered at the PBS at some point, please let us know, as this registration is then no longer necessary.
Enclosed you will find a download link with a questionnaire and a declaration of consent. Please download it, fill out the questionnaire and sign the declaration (don't forget to check the boxes!). The questionnaire enables our counselors to better prepare for the initial consultation. All information you provide is subject to confidentiality.
We also need a passport photo or a passport-sized photo for our file. You can also take this with your cell phone and print it out in the appropriate size.
A one-off registration fee of 10.00 euros (in cash) must be paid when registering. There are no further costs for you and you can use all PBS services. Please send the complete documents together to the counseling center (see address below) or drop them in the mailbox here at the Studentenwerk Würzburg. Once the documents have arrived, you will receive an e-mail from us and can then make an appointment by telephone.
