Canteens & Menus

During the Easter holidays, from 3 to 6 April 2026 (inclusive), all facilities operated by the Studierendenwerk will be closed.

Some dining facilities will remain closed for a longer period. Please refer to the table below for detailed information by location:

A central task of the Studierendenwerk is to provide students with reasonably priced meals.

Our kitchen managers attach great importance to the quality and regionality of the products they use. The varied menu on offer in the THWS Campus Schweinfurt canteen ranges from:

  • Soups
  • Lunch of the day for little money (main component with 2 side dishes)
  • Several choices (fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes)
  • Various side dishes (rice, potatoes, vegetables, pasta, chips, .....)
  • Desserts
  • Salad bar and side salads
  • Desserts
  • Fresh fruit
  • Wide selection of drinks
  • Changing special offer weeks enrich the menu at regular intervals.

Students eat at a reduced price; the meals are subsidized with public funds. Therefore, only enrolled students may take advantage of these discounts. Other meal prices apply to staff and guests and are displayed daily.

Students from other Bavarian universities pay the corresponding student price on presentation of their student ID. 
Students who cannot present a student ID from a Bavarian university will be charged the servants price.
 

Please note that our canteens and cafeterias are sometimes closed during the semester break or are only open during shortened opening hours.
